Welcome to bellfarm Kitchen | Bar, a new farm-to-table style Pittsburgh restaurant. Located on the lobby level of Pittsburgh’s premier hotel, the venue provides guests and residents with a locally sourced, upscale dining experience.
More than two-dozen farms, distilleries and purveyors throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding counties will supply the restaurant with hormone-free meats, organic produce and high-quality craft beer and spirits. In addition, seasonal menus will provide patrons with robust flavor combinations like the signature in house cured and smoked pork belly quesadilla served with cilantro pesto aioli; an organic, Amish farmed mesquite roasted chicken with natural drippings, fire roasted poblano hash and braised greens, and partnering with family farms to bring in a grass fed Black Angus beef tenderloin with caramelized shallot compound butter and a succulent house-made vegetarian burger that boasts over 10 fresh ingredients.
In addition to its farm-to-table style menu, bellfarm Kitchen | Bar features a contemporary environment for patrons. A communal table, expanded bar and warm colors complement the tabletops with accents made with local, reclaimed wood, and various seating configurations that provide accessible dining options for business meetings, happy hour gatherings, private dining events and more.
